Dear Friends and Supporters:
We’re about to enter a crucial federal election campaign. The Ontario Conservatives have shown what they and their federal counterparts stand for – cuts to essential services, nepotism and corporate greed. The Liberals have reneged on every major campaign promise while protecting their corporate cronies. Only the NDP have the policies and commitment to fairness to form a government that is truly on your side.
And with labour activist and long-time St Catharines resident Dennis Van Meer as our candidate, with your help, we can win the St Catharines Riding in October. We’re off to a good start, but we know we will be running against candidates with corporate cash bankrolling their campaigns.
We are going to run a great campaign, but to make it even more effective we need enough money to get our message out, whether in the form of ads, brochures, billboards or via other media. Anything you can invest now will provide us with a solid base to work from. And every single dollar you give goes directly to the Van Meer campaign.
